August 21, 2008
 No qualifying and no heat races this week since rain was on the way. This meant that Brandon had to line up on his average time of the season with was starting 5th in the semi. He got up to 4th when he took an extremely hard hit from behind going into turn three. It sent him high and pushed him back to 5th. He raced hard to get his position back but didn't make it and ended his night. Hope to see you next week for the final week of racing!!!

 Brandon qualified with a very good time but he still missed the feature by three cars. He raced good in the semi to transfer to the feature and hung in there for a 13th place finish. This Thursday also concluded the Triple Crown Series where Brandon ended up 16th in points. Haylie had great night with her Big Wheel races. She finally won her race and received a trophy and a checkered flag. Way to go, Haylie!!!!!

 Well, we didn't keep the momentum going. Brandon did good in his heat race for a 4th place finish and was working his way through the field in the semi when he took a hit that caused a flat tire and ended his night. No other damage occurred so just some minor work this week to get ready to race again. Even Haylie is getting ready to race her Big Wheel!!!!

 Brandon had a great night of racing. He qualified good but missed the feature by one car. He started and finished second in his heat race and finished third in the semi to transfer to the feature. He had a clean feature race for a 15th place finish. It was once again a good, clean, safe night of racing. Brandon and the crew will be doing some minor adjustments to the car this week and will be back next Thursday to keep the momentum going.

July 24, 2008
 After two weeks of rain, flooding and no races, we were ready to get on the track. Brandon was a little loose in qualifying so he ended up with a bad time. He raced hard in his heat race for a 4th place finish and tried as hard as he could to transfer in the feature but didn't make it. All in all, he had a good, safe night of racing. Hope to see you next week!!!!

 After a long week of fixing the car to get it race ready, Brandon turned good qualifying laps but not fast enough for the feature. He placed 7th in his heat race and was running good in the semi when he was spun out again which made him start in the back for the re-start. He raced hard with a wrecked car to try to get back up in the top four so he could transfer to the feature but ended up 7th. Work on the car has begun again to fix it for next Thursday. Bring the kids out for the coin drop and hope to see you there!!!!

 The car had some vibrations in hot laps so the crew fixed it the best they could for qualifying and finished repairing it for the heat race. With having qualified a little slower because of car problems, he was in the first heat but had a top five finish. He also had to start in the semi to transfer to the feature but he took a hard hit on the first lap which caused his axle to break and fall off and then send him into the wall hard. The wrecker took him and car back to the trailer. We had a difficult time getting it off the trailer but we managed and car repairs are under way so will be out there next week.                                 Come and enjoy the fireworks!!!!

We finally got a nice night of racing in!! The track had a computer problem so the Super Stock division picked numbers instead of qualifying. Brandon ended up in the second heat and finished 4th which transferred him to the feature. He had a strong run in the feature and took the checkered flag for a 13th place finish. All in all, he had a good night. Car is still working good and looking great and Brandon moved up to 10th in the point standings.                                                                                  It was also big wheel races and our 4 year old daughter, Haylie, took a very close second in her race. She's looking forward to the next race in August.  Hope to see you at the track next week!!!!!

Races got rained out again for the night so hopefully we will be back next week for the Budweiser Triple Crown and the big wheel races.

  Throughout the week, the crew fixed the body damage and Brandon changed some spark plugs. He went out to qualify 10th quickest, which put him in the second heat race. He started 7th of 8 cars in the heat and got up to about 4th when he got loose coming out of turn two. He ended the race in 6th. He started the feature on the outside pole and got to the inside as fast as he could and stayed in 5th until a caution in lap 14. He re-started 7th and stayed there for a strong top ten finish. Brandon had some of his fastest lap times of his racing career and is very excited to keep the momentum going.

  First off, we would like to thank Guaranteed Realty Group for stopping out and showing your support on our first night of racing! Thanks guys, hope we made you proud!
  Brandon had a good night of racing. He qualified for the feature, took third in his heat race and after a very interesting feature race ended up 13th after taking a hit that spun him out. He sustained minor cosmetic damage to the front and rear bumpers so the crew will be working on that this week to make sure we are ready to go for next Thursday. We can only hope that the weather will be a little warmer!!!                                                                                                 Don’t’ forget to visit us in the pits to say hi to Brandon and get his autograph. We also have Manderfield’s cookies and a bunch of goodies from GSF Mortgage.
